• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields from a reputable university,
• Minimum 4 years audit experience in multinational companies or comparable audit experience,
• Fluency in English,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• CIA or comparable certification is an asset,
• Ability to quickly understand and critically analyze complex processes, identify and assess potential risks, and determine whether those risks are appropriately mitigated (using various techniques, such as problem solving and data analysis),
• Committed to self-development; encourages constructive criticism, and seeks opportunities to capitalize on demonstrated strengths and to identify and address development areas,
• Ability to understand and develop alternative solutions for issues and concern,
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and to be able to build effective relationships,

İŞ TANIMI

• Executes financial, operational or strategic audits to achieve audit objectives
• Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures
• Reviews and evaluates the internal control environment and develops specific analyses of strengths and weaknesses, along with recommended improvements
• Develops and effectively communicates feasible recommendations to identified business risks
• Communicates or assists in communicating effectively the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports, which are complete and prepared in a timely manner
• Follow-up audit recommendations on a regular basis to prompt action to mitigate relevant risks and/or improve risk management practices
• Conducts themselves in such a manner as to promote confidence in the Internal Audit organization
