The vacancy for a Human Resource Specialist at Rijk Zwaan
Within this role you are responsible for Human Resource in full width. Mutual respect, a great responsibility and a strong involvement of the employees are the main thing of the Rijk Zwaan company culture. To hire the right person for the right job is essential to keep our company culture. An important focus for this job is to recruit and hire new colleagues for diverse jobs and levels. Besides you focus on development of employees, like education, career counseling and coaching. You give advice to managers and management. You inform the employees about employee benefits by creating a HR handbook. You have a functional relationship with the Human Resource department at the head office of Rijk Zwaan in De Lier, Holland.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist with:
- Preferably a Master degree in the area of Human Resource or Psychology 
- at least 5 years’ relevant experience
- experience with assessing and coaching of people
- Native Turkish speaking is essential
Furthermore you are enterprising, you have empathy, focus on quality and like to work with a great diverse of jobs and levels. You are strongly intrinsic motivated, like to work on projects in a pragmatic and enthusiastic way. Your social skills are very good.  In view of the international nature of the role, proficiency in the English language is essential.
