Accounting Assistant

• University graduate, majored in Business Admin., Economics or Finance, further academic study and / or training is an asset
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting / Finance department
• Advanced in English
• Computer literate, hands on experience with MS Office programs, excellent with Excel
• Previous SAP experience is not mandatory but is a very strong asset
• Strong interest in Accounting Function
• Meticulous and able to perform job with accuracy
• Analytical mind with strong planning and organization skills, ability to realize task to deadline
• High level of personal responsibility, hardworking and eager to take initiative and act pro-actively
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work co-operatively
• Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the Accounting Assistant will:

• Perform expense account analysis
• Recording and reporting daily & monthly expense accounting activities such as bank reconciliations, invoice posting
• Do daily operational and accounting raw data entry
• Assist in handling other accounts activities
• Prepare accounting transaction vouchers and check daily vouchers
• Managing petty cash transactions
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Support accounting personnel
• Other Ad hoc tasks
