QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently recruiting Social Compliance Assistant Controller for İstanbul location.
Experience in the textile sector, garment production process and also skills with office tools.
Languages: Turkish, English (and Spanish, desired)
Verification of the traceability of suppliers by carrying out surprise visits to factories to ensure no cases of subcontracted factories, as well as detecting any non-compliances of MANGO’s Code of Conduct.
Distribution of the job: approximately 50% for each of the two issues.
Daily&fluent communication with Mango hq (compliance manager in CSR department & QC department), also with QC inspectors and social external auditors in TK.

İŞ TANIMI
Management of social compliance audits in Turkey. This includes, among others, distribution of audits among auditors, communication with suppliers and follow-up of audit results, updating of lists, etc.Verification of the traceability of suppliers by carrying out surprise visits to factories to ensure no cases of subcontracted factories, as well as detecting any non-compliances of MANGO’s Code of Conduct.
