Customer Experience Specialist (Marketplace) is a position which is experienced in designing the Marketplace customer experience processes, has a high customer focus, advanced problem-solving skills, and is able to take customer satisfaction forward with a proactive perspective. We prefer the candidates who will reflect the Trendyol's energy, sincerity and dynamicism to its customers!
Customer Experience team is Trendyol's face! Our Customer Experience Specialists are our single point of contact with our customers, provide creative solutions through call, mail and chat in a short period of time, enabling each customer to be satisfied. This department, which dominates the operation process of the whole company, is contributing to Trendyol becoming a popular brand with great responsibility!

İŞ TANIMI

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum graduate degree,
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience in a Marketplace operation is an asset,
• Customer and solution oriented,
• Experienced in process development and improvement issues,
• Completed military service for male candidates

 
YOUR CHALLENGE

• Drawing maps for the main customer experience processes and determining the communication to be made with the customer at each step,
• Identifying and analyzing customer complaint points, designing root causes and designing preventive activities,
• To develop projects that will improve the customer experience and follow up the actions to be taken by other teams,
• To accompany operational excellence projects, on behalf of the customer experience team,
