SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

• Minimum 5 years professional experience, preferably in Telecom / IT sector in related fields
• Marketing, Product Management, Business Strategy Development experience
• Knowledge and hands on experience in Telecom Technologies, IoT and M2M is a plus
• Experience with web and app analytics software such as Google Analytics is a plus,
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Strong written, verbal communication skills &inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
• End-to-End Product Marketing Management skills, New Product Launch
• Project management and analytical thinking skills                     
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time  and strong job prioritization skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products

İŞ TANIMI

• Define and deliver innovative products/services in line with corporate strategies and customer insights
• Ensure lifecycle of propositions from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement through ownership of the business case, campaign launch, development roadmaps and support materials
• Include analytical progress tracking and analytical insight analysis in to product ideation and lifecycle management.
• Utilize product management expertise and in-depth understanding of how product management integrates with other functions / departments
• Interaction with multifunctional team, motivate people, inspire and persuade to coordinate the delivery of products in a timely manner with best customer experience and commercial strength.
• Lead platform/infrastructure programs & investments to secure long-term capability pipeline
• Plan all activities within own area of accountability, including finances and budget,
• Ensure design & delivery of optimum product solution & possibly an innovation, serving customer insights behind best customer experience, answering business & financial needs and taking into consideration technology capabilities/limitations.
