Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a performance marketing specialist who will work with our highly talented team and will take part in accelerated digital journey with our partners. Living on the Anatolian side is a plus (no service route on European side)

Requirements 

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields,
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in setting up, executing, and optimizing Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Ads campaigns with e-commerce objectives and KPIs,
• Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment,
• Forward thinking, innovative mindset,

What will you be responsible from?

• Work with performance team to plan and execute SEM and Social Media Ads campaigns,
• Measure and report performance of SEM and Social Media Ads campaigns,
• Provide optimization ideas for all digital channels such as Google Ads (SEM, GDN, Youtube), Facebook Ads, Criteo, RTB House, Affiliate Marketing etc
• Analyze & interpret data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities and generate actionable insights to improve KPIs and overall performance,
• Document campaign best practices, test and apply in the overall strategy,
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and other vendors,
• Develop new ideas and strategies to leverage performance.
