Business Controller

We have an opportunity as a Business Controller reporting to Senior Lead, Business Controller in our head office located in Esenyurt, Istanbul. This positon overall purpose is to create business value by providing insight and foresight to senior management and also controlling, business partnership with relavant parties for meeting company goals and objectives.

• Daily announcement of domestic & export order dashboard to BoD and top management;
• Weekly pricing growth reporting by channel and product group for YoY / MtD periods;
  
• Weekly order amount & profitability analysis and reporting to top management by channel and price list;
  
• Weekly export channel order trend analysis and reporting;
  
• Publishing monthly pre-closing results to BoD;
  
• Pre and final announcement of sales and profitability results by channel and product group;
  
• Key player of company monthly financial report preparation (not include IFRS reporting);
  
• Monthly export channel financial report preparation by channel, customer and product group (direct communication with sales team);
  
• Monthly pocket margin booklet announcement to top management;
  
• Key leader with SL, Business controller of Odito System Management with third parties and sales team  (sales team effectiveness-customer visit management);
  
• Monthly reporting of customer visit analytics (Odito) to top management;
  
• Company sell-out sales & profitability reporting by channel, customer and product group (Samet TR, BV-Holland, Russia, US);
  
• Pricing and Cogs Dashboard monthly reporting;
  
• Sales return follow up and monthly announcement;
  
• Trade spend (discount, campaing) controlling vs budget.

We are looking for;

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance preferred;
  
• 1-3 years experience within business controlling, financial planning & analysis, corporate planning or equivalent. Commercial controlling (sales & marketing) or business controlling experince in manufacturing companies preferred;
• Strong analytical and process analysis skills;
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  
• Upper-intermediate written and verbal skills;
  
• Skilled in Excel must, while experience from BI systems preferred (Qliksense, etc);
  
• Team player, strong communication and analytical & process analysis skills.
