What you’ll be doing…

·         Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

·         Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

·         Manage project timelines and resources effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to minimize project delays.

·         Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure team cohesion and high performance.

·         Manage 3rd party contractors and report to internal stakeholders on progress.

·         Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize project outcomes.

·         Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.

·         Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and issues, and recommending appropriate actions to address challenges and deviations from plan.

You’ll need to have…

·         4+ years of experience working as a technical or software project manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

·         Experience leading SCRUM sessions in an agile development environment.

·         A strong understanding of the core principles of risk analysis.

·         Experience managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making effectively.

·         Experience working with and managing 3rd party contractors.

·         Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

·         Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in global settings.

·         Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         An interest in media and how it interfaces with technology.

·         Eligibility to live and work in Turkey.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
