As we continue on our trajectory of growth and sustainability, we are seeking Quality Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering).
• Minimum 8 years of Industrial Experience at Quality  and min. 4 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Automotive Industry is preffered.
• Passion for leading a team, with a result oriented approach.
• Having a solid experience at IATF 16949 requiremetns and QDMS quality system.
• Experienced in SAP ERP.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Job Description:

• Managing the requirements of the IATF16949 and ISO9001 systems,  support and advice all departments.
• Providing leadership to the sustainability team; ensuring the management, monitoring, and reporting of corporate sustainability activities.
• Experience in OEM Project management and serial production quality requirements.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of the quality management system, conducting necessary activities, managing the document management system effectively, and implementing necessary improvements.
• Managing Turkish Lloyd certification activities.
• Managing process management based on a risk-based approach, conducting process risk and opportunity studies. Ensuring risk and opportunity analyses are conducted throughout the company.
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental procedures, and legal obligations, and directing teams under their responsibility in this regard.
• Participating in corrective and preventive activities carried out in terms of Occupational Health and Safety and Environment, and managing necessary actions for their area of responsibility.
