QUALIFICATIONS:

•         Bachelor’s degree from Engineering departments,
•         Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
•         Min. 1 years of experience in a similar position,
•         Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office,
•         Strong organization, time management skills and conflict resolution skills,
•         Good problem-solving skills and being result-oriented approach,
•         Strong communication and teamwork skills, well-developed reporting and                presentation skills,
•        No military obligation for male candidates

 JOB DESCRIPTION

•         Developing process improvement projects in accordance with the needs of the departments involved in the supply chain or the general needs of the company, leading these projects or helping to manage existing large-scale projects
•         Developing report drafts that will facilitate the monitoring and management of processes and implementing these improvements by working with the IT team

•         In accordance with the needs of different departments, in order to make the internal processes of the relevant teams faster and more efficient, ideas are generated, their design is projected and leading the work by acting as a bridge between the IT team and the related departments. Dec. (developing new reports, creating automatic control points on the system, studies that will regularly inform employees about automatic emails, improvements that will automate manual operations, etc.)
•         Development of projects to improve the processes of Flormar Germany and Flormar Spain teams

•         Executing the business process applications under its responsibility in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 Quality - Environment - OHS Integrated Management Systems, ISO 22716:2007 Good Manufacturing Practices in Cosmetics and Halal 25:2016 standards.
