We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be assigned as "Social Project Responsible" in the Sustainability Department at our overseas client’s Levent office. Our client is renowned pioneer in the textile industry, originally based in Spain.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Passion for human rights
• Maintains integrity and takes a clear ethical approach and stance
• Preferably having an experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
• Strong analytical, problem solving and follow up skills
• Adaptable and flexible, adjusting to multiple demands, multi-tasking
• Having an interest in local and international labour laws
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
• Strong professional skills including the development of reports and presentations
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English
• B driving licence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To take responsibility for the development, planning, execution and monitoring of Social Sustainability Projects and Improvement Programs in the areas of Gender Equality, Refugee Employment, Decent Work, Social Dialogue, Child Labor, etc.

• Take responsibility on developing, planning, execution and monitoring of Sustainability Projects and Remediation Programs
• Manage communication with project & remediation partners, suppliers, factories.
• Manage necessary logistics for project implementation
• Regular reporting on the progress of projects & remediation programs
• Present projects and remediation activities at related platforms
• Contribute to the identification of potential partners
• Participate in implementation and monitoring activities including periodic visits to the project locations to ensure the activities and progress are aligned with the plan
• Conduct regular research of literature, articles, reports, industry-specific developments as well as other brands' reports
• Participate in events such as conferences or seminars in relevant subjects
• Participate in human rights due diligence in the global supply chain and in the analysis of the local trends, challenges and needs.
