Groupe Atlantic Site of Izmir is looking for a new Cost Controlling Part-Time Student!

We continue to product in Gaziemir Esbaş location with more than 400 employees.

Qualifications required:

• 3rd or 4th year student in a bachelor program( Industrial Engineering, Economics, Labour Economics, Business Administration...) or student in a master program.
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Good at Microsoft office program (Especially excel)
• Able to work systematically
• Improvement mindset
• SAP knowledge would be a plus.
• No obstacle to work 2 or 3 days in a week.
  
  Job Description: 

• Creation of the projects in SAP (WBS),
• Update of the Budget on SAP.
• Preparation of Costing file: material numbers , description from SAP, Supplier name info and Contract Price.
• SAP update on Interco contracts (quota or min.order qty)
• Creation of cost collector
• Closing Projects on Remus
• Daily or Weekly FX rates update from Myreport.
• Consumption Extract from My report
• Extract Finance Master Data&Costing by Cost Component
• FX Rate Report
• Method Time extract
• Energy Report
• COGI/Idoc check
• Preparation of Raw material meeting presentation (PPT)
• Good receipt process supporting (after accounting mails)
