Maintenance and Project Executive

Our client is an international chemicals manufacturer and supplier to different sectors with more than 400 employees. Now we are looking for a “Maintenance and Project Executive” who will lead the Repair& Maintenance activities in parallel to Improvement Projects; by

• Aligning with the company strategies, compliance rules and CAPEX and Fix Cost budgets / timelines
• Managing the workforce of technicians and engineers by prioritising occupational safety and health
• Following local and global KPIs , generating actions and observing the results with applying continuous improvement approach
• Reporting to plant manager and our global partner.

Qualification requirements

• Graduated from Engineering faculty of universities (e.g. Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of experience of working with wide  team consisting of operators, technicians and engineers

• Preferably experienced in chemical processes
• Familiar with ISO50001 Energy Management System as well as ISO9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems
• Advanced knowledge on MS Office applications and on ERP Systems (Oracle or SAP)
• Available to run/moderate  root cause analyses, decision making and problem solving sessions
• Dynamic and available to make quick decisions
• Multi-disciplinary view to cases
• No limitation to travel domestically and globally
• Being certified  as  Energy Manager would be a plus
