We are now looking for an accomplished Application Engineer for our Heavy Industry Group who

• Lives in Istanbul (Asian side) or İzmit - Kocaeli
• Holds a Bachelor and/or Masters degree of Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental or other disciplines o of engineering
• Has 2 years of previous work experience or a fresh graduate who is eager to be on field and learn new things
• Is fluent in written and spoken English
• Can use MS Office programs effectively 
• Has a full driving license
• Has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and communication
• Completed military service

The right candidate will be required to follow a consultative working approach with a primary emphasis on strong account leadership skills and on converting strategic competitive accounts. In addition, building long-term relationships with an existing customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies matters in our business.

İŞ TANIMI

• Participate in design reviews, new application start-ups, and evaluations. Assist in critiquing products for serviceability, performance and reliability. 
• Ability to assess on-site field problems and operate required testing equipment to return systems to customer conformance. 
• Assist in the preparation of reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value provided to the customer whenever possible.
• Work with other district personnel toward continuous improvement of policies and procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
• Provide installation resource services on a project request basis necessary to satisfy the needs of the customer. Services may include (but not limited to) field surveys, installation checklists, rollout support services, etc.
• Seek to keep abreast of the latest industry advances through continuous education.
• Support to district sales personnel in the handling of company program service calls on existing products and services, and assist in the correction problems as appropriate.
