Apaz Group seeks to recruit a Marketing Manager - Pricing & Revenue Management based in Izmir. The candidate will report directly to CMO. The ideal candidate will manage all revenue management including revenue growth, pricing, campaign management and procut management in line with our objectives.
Responsibilities
- Proposes proactive pricing and yield management strategies
- Prepare strong analyses and recommendations to given market to make reliable decisions
- Conducts detailed market reviews, identifying potential threats and opportunities
- Analyzes the historical data on sales and revenue to establish parameters for future fare and availability levels
- Works with sales, marketing, and finance teams to enhance the performance of responsible markets
- Recognize and seize growth opportunities among different segments.
- Analyze the incremental value of the campaign and contribution to all brands
- Create new campaign ideas to help brand grow
- Create monthly & 3 monthly growth strategy plans
- Optimizing the different marketing channels to improve cost and customer lifetime value
- Closely keep track competition & discover growth opportunities
- Staying apprised of brand insights, economic conditions, QSR industry and consumer trends.
- Develop, maintain, track, and manage high-quality, integrated plans and timelines to enable accurate progress assessments and inform decisions
- Live with customer, market and competition insights; align product portfolio and pricing strategies with these insights
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Operations teams
- Preparation and coordination of the AOP (annual operating plan) pricing strategy; including consumer price elasticity studies
- Understanding of channel/customer/product specific pricing needs.
- Analyzing these tactical pricing needs raised by other teams and support decision/give guidance to requests.
- Monthly price tracking in the QSR sector
- Monthly track of trade promo actions' effects on customer entry prices.
- Provide commercial, actionable reporting, analysis and insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Communication from a reputable university
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an e-commerce and QSR company
- Launching, managing, monitoring, tracking and optimizing all pricing and campaigns
