QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a AQUA PARK OPERATIONS MANAGER for our client which is one of the HOTELS AND DEVELOPMENT GROUP.
Our candidate, who will be responsible for the overall operation of this unique and prestiqious facility.
The core functions of the position are as follows

- Has a reputable University degree
- Is fluent in English (a knowledge of second language will be an asset)
- Has at leat 5 year prior experience in the post
- Has strong analytical skills and experience, strong interpersonal skills as well as written /verbal communication skills
- Must have a strong leadership, high customer service and relationship building skills
- Has good knowledge of MS Office Programs, computerized hotel systems
İŞ TANIMI
The core functions of the position are as follows
- Reporting to the Area General Manager
- Possessing strong working knowledge of all areas of the operational department, has experience making critical decisions with a proven track record of Managing, motivating, and leading a full – service operation team.
- Oversee overall financial management, planing, systems and controls
- Management of budget & the team of the Water Park
- Monitors and tracks guest feedback, leadership and support to departmen managers and their teams as appropriate. Ensures timely guest responses and implementation of cometive actions as requried by guest comespondence, comments, alerts and other measures.
Preferred Candidate
More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
