• Customer and result oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage with targets
• Excellent command of English

• Effectively collaborate in team and cross-functional settings

İŞ TANIMI

• Improving the organization’s leasing activity in shopping centers and achieve financial growth.
• Developing, implementing and updating branch & tenant mix strategy
• Contacting new / existing tenants according to the leasing strategy
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
• Preparing all new business studies to evaluate economic and leasing viabilities
• Negotiating lease terms, working with brands to develop and agree retail standards and shop fits; securing investor consent; working with the legal team to secure a smooth transaction.
• Conducting presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote Mall as a unique retail destination.
