GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics  from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1-2 years of training and development experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Experience in in the field of Training and Development including the successful design and implementation of concepts, processes and tools
  • Fluency in written and verbal English,
  • Ability to use MS Office programs,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including preparing and delivery of presentations to all levels of staff including different levels of management
  • Understanding of HR Processes&Systems
  • Strong customer orientation and service delivery management
  • Able to work in multidisciplinary project management as well as change management
  • Good conceptual and problem solving capabilities
  • No military service obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsible for the development of the local training catalog, select training providers, and design local trainings for the local organization; collaborate closely with procurement for the negotiation of economic terms.
  • Identify training needs in Turkey and find state-of-the-art solutions for sustainable development in alignment with the global Bayer training frame.
  • Ensure the high quality implementation of global Bayer standardized trainings in Turkey, where applicable in close collaboration with HR//online.
  • Proactively work with the local and global HR community to convert strategy, policy, systems, tools and processes into the associated organization and services for country.
  • Provide support to HR BP’s to define the training budget for Business Groups and provide reports to follow up the budget throughout the year
  • Act as the system admin for the training software. Develop, maintain and update the HRIS training module.
  • Manage daily operations related to training (maintain data in HR Software, define training venues etc.). Ensure that all training information is stored in HR Software as the single source of information for HR Training activities.
  • Support the elaboration of training plans for the local organization including the forecast of number of participants and training investments.
  • Support the HR//BP’s and the Field Trainers in all training related issues.
  • Build strong internal and external networks with internal trainers and external training companies.
  • Explore the market best practices and implement appropriate ones in the organization.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards within Training and Development Operations. Set and track the training KPI’s.
  • Prepare training reports according to business needs.
